I have a 3-year-old son who has never attended daycare, so I’m really looking for someone who is patient, caring, friendly, dependable, and family-oriented. A few of the main areas I’m looking for help with are: • Potty training — helping him learn and become more consistent with using the potty. • Meals/feeding — he can be pretty picky with food, so I’d love someone who is patient and willing to encourage him to try different foods without making mealtime stressful. • Speech/language development — I’d like someone who can actively work with him through conversation, reading, singing, activities, and play to help improve his communication and bring him up to speed with his speech. • Learning & activities — keeping him engaged with age-appropriate activities, books, educational games, and play rather than having him spend most of the day watching TV. • Routine & structure — helping him get used to having a consistent schedule while still making sure he has fun and feels comfortable. Rules * No smoking/vaping around your son * No inappropriate language/content around him * No leaving him unattended * Clean up toys after activities * Keeping his play area tidy Communication- I’d love regular updates, especially because this is his first time being cared for outside of his parents. I appreciate texts/photos throughout the day, within whatever boundaries you’re comfortable with. We don’t have any pets, and just a heads up we do have cameras in our home. overall I’m looking for someone who will treat him with the same patience, kindness, and care that I would. ❤️
