Afterschool help needed for two kids, weekdays from ~2:30 PM to 8:00 PM

We are looking for someone who can help us get our kids from our home in Springfield to afterschool activities that are in Springfield, Annandale and Arlington.
The specific hours each week/day will vary, but we are looking for someone who is available from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. However, we will generally only need someone for ~3 hours each evening within that window. A valid driver's license and a safe car are required for this job.
