Hiring 2 part-time nannies to cover Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 p.m. for our 3-year-old daughter. Flexible on how hours are split (alternating days, AM/PM, etc.).
Our daughter is bright, curious, and sensitive. She feels emotions deeply. We'll be honest: toddler care is hard, frustrating, and stressful. There will be meltdowns. We need someone who stays positive and grounded through tough moments.
You should have:
• Experience with toddlers, especially sensitive kids
• Patience -- you don't take tantrums personally
• Reliability and good communication
Duties include only activities (crafts, reading, outdoor play), and daily updates. Both parents work from home within their own office room.
