Alejandra worked with us for 6 months while our daughter was 6-12 months old, two to three days per week. She is professional, attentive and our daughter would reach for her when she came in the house. Alejandra played and engaged with our daughter the whole time she was here, taking her for walks outside in the stroller and helping her with motor skills. She was never on her phone or disengaged from our daughter or what was going on in our house. She was comfortable around our animals and would let the dogs out when my husband and I were too busy with meetings or other work. We found Alejandra to be completely trustworthy and felt very comfortable leaving our daughter with her and leaving her alone in our house. She was willing to help out with anything we asked while Adair was napping including dishes, laundry and cooking. She is a joy to have around. We ended up needing to find another solution because we were looking for more days a week and greater consistency than Alejandra was able to offer at this time. We will continue to have her care for our daughter when we need additional support on evenings or weekends or school holidays.
