Deep cleaning and organization needed with ongoing maintenance

Concord home needs a regular house cleaner and organizing help, but need to start with organizing and a deep clean. We have a small house, 800 square ft, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and one cat. Cat cleanup will be limited to vacuuming and sweeping hair.
