We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner for 2x/month cleaning of our 1,100 sq ft apt in Goleta. This is a recurring position ideal for someone comfortable working with severe allergies and chemical sensitivities. 1 adult and 1 (very tidy) 9 year old live in the apt permanently, a second adult is present infrequently. Apt has 2 bedrooms, a small office, 2 baths, and open kitchen/living dining

General cleaning responsibilities include all rooms, vacuuming/hand wiping floors, sanitizing bathrooms and high touch surfaces (light switches, door handles), wiping down or dusting all surfaces, appliances, cabinet faces, etc., vacuuming the couch, cleaning the blinds for 4 windows, and emptying the trash/recycling. More details will be provided to qualified candidates.

We will provide all cleaning supplies, vacuum, trash bags, cloths, and any other materials needed. We respectfully request that you do not wear perfumes or scented products when you visit the home.
