We are a warm, busy family in Jersey City downtown looking for a reliable, experienced, Spanish-speaking helper to support our home routines and two young children (almost 3 years old and 1.5 years old). This position blends light childcare support with household tasks—perfect for someone organized, caring, and proactive.

Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00–9:00 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM (hours can be discussed)
• Consistent, long-term availability preferred

Responsibilities
• Light housecleaning and general household support
• Meal and snack preparation
• Organizing toys, kids’ clothes, and play areas
• Dishwasher loading/unloading
• Laundry
• Bath time assistance for the children
• Occasional help transitioning kids between activities

Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with young children and household support
• Fluent Spanish
• Strong references
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Must enjoy working with toddlers and supporting family routines
