We're a family with three young children looking for dependable weekday (open to weekends) household support. Our home is a two-floor townhome in Jersey City, approximately 1,000 sq ft, with wooden floors throughout. We keep up with cleaning during the week, so the home is generally in decent shape, but we need help maintaining order and doing periodic resets.

Duties may include general tidying, dishes and kitchen reset, light to deep cleaning (vacuuming, dusting/wiping surfaces), occasional snack and meal prep, and help with basic organization. We have cleaning supplies and a vacuum available as needed.

We're flexible on timing and duration, typically 2-3 hours per visit, and open to having different people help depending on availability and skills (for example, cleaning vs. organizing). Weekdays are preferred, but timing can be discussed.

Hourly rate is flexible based on experience and responsibilities.
