I am looking for a housekeeper for my mom and dad to come every three weeks or once a month. They live in a two bedroom condo with two bathrooms. It is around 1100 sq ft. total, if that.

Mom would like to pay by check, max 80 dollars if once a month, less if every three weeks. They need to respond to her via text or phone to confirm when they are coming. (Current cleaners are not very responsive. It is very annoying when she isn't sure if they will show or what time because they don't return a call or text.)

The apartment needs Just a quick vacuum, dust, mop (very small) kitchen and bathroom floors, clean kitchen counter tops, sink, stove top, bathrooms, and wipe down the blinds. Window cleaning from inside only would be appreciated as well.

My mom is very clean and keeps the apartment very neat. However, she's just getting up there in years. (My brother and I tease her because she always does a quick tidy up before her current cleaners come.) We want to ease her burden as she has neck and shoulder problems now and is constantly taking care of dad.

She is not happy with her current cleaning people. They leave residue when they mop even though she has asked them to check and clean up if the floor is sticky from too much cleaning fluid and they don't always respond to her request for confirmation.
