Initial Deep Clean and Weekly Cleaning

I am looking for a dependable and detail-oriented housekeeper.
I am looking for an initial deep clean that includes cleaning of refrigerator, inside and outside of cabinets, vacuuming of radiant heat coils in each room, windows, dusting, and cleaning walls where necessary.
After the deep clean I'm looking for someone to clean weekly.
