General cleaning needed 2 times per month

I have a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining area & living room. I have 2 cats.
Kitchen and baths are tile floors. Living and dining area are wood. Upstairs bedrooms are carpeted.
Looking for something to do general cleaning of the above.
Clarks Summit area.
Must have references
