Warm, work-from-home family in Fallbrook seeking a caring, reliable part-time nanny for our 2yo daughter. Responsibilities include attentive care, engaging in play, reading, and age-appropriate activities, maintaining her daily routine (meals, naps, playtime), preparing simple meals/snacks, and light cleanup related to her. We work from home but need someone who can take the lead. Ideal candidate has toddler experience (ages 1–3), is patient, energetic, interactive, reliable, punctual, and a non-smoker. We have two small dogs (no care needed) and hope to find someone who feels like part of the family.
