We are caring, patient, and attentive first-time parents looking for an amazing nanny to care for and love our baby! We are practicing “Gentle Parenting” and are looking for a nanny who will align with our parenting style and house rules. I will be working from home and stepping away from my home office to breastfeed. My husband usually works outside the home three days a week. Sometimes Grandma will travel from Iran and stay with us for a month.
You are a loving, warm, and talkative nanny who is well-equipped to care for 1-year-old and help her reach milestones. You are great at teaching and supervising daily life skills with unlimited patience and clear communication. You are comfortable with a positive form of discipline that will deter undesirable behavior as she grows, and you are passionate about working with infants and toddlers.
Engaging the baby in age-appropriate play, games, and enrichment, food prep for the baby (when she is napping), diaper changing, age-appropriate sensory play, following parents’ preferred routine for naps, helping create baby’s routine with the parents, baby laundry, organizing toys, cleaning toys, cleaning baby’s play area weekly.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
*Mondays only are actually 10a-6p
