I am a single parent with a curious, independent, and enthusiastic 2 year old. I value kindness above all, but want to encourage curiosity and exploration. I work out of the house 4 days a week and remotely on Fridays.
My child will start school in Sept, but I would like to pay someone full time although they would work part time. The caregiver would pick up from school at 3pm and stay until around 6:30. I would look for the person to work late on occasion as part of being paid for 40 hrs but working less (no weekends). If there is no school, the caregiver would work all day but not more than 40 hrs/wk unless agreed and paid extra. Foremost I am looking for someone who will be warm and encouraging to my child!
I would like to begin with someone before school starts so my child can get to know the person before she is also dealing with the school transition. Prior to school starting, I would want the person to work full time up to 50 hours (hours would not yet be < 40).
