The schedule does require that you work every Saturday, with guaranteed Sunday’s off. You will also have another day off during the week, but this day will be flexible, depending on the family’s schedule. You should know all age-appropriate milestones, and how to work alongside a stay at home mom. You should be able to take direction from mom, but also offer suggestions when appropriate. The shifts will be anywhere between 8-12 hours per day, 4-5 days week.
