The NCS will begin two weeks before the due date and be ready to step in the moment the baby arrives, working in harmony with the postpartum doula to provide immediate newborn support. Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care, overnight and morning routines, bottle preparation and sterilization, baby laundry, nursery organization, and maintaining detailed logs of feeding, sleeping, & diaper patterns to help establish consistent rhythms. Mom values expertise and is comfortable following the NCS’s guidance on routines, sleep shaping, & newborn best practices.

Children: Baby due July 2026
Compensation: $45-$55/hr, contract compensation up to $138k DOE
Schedule: 20-week assignment, working 18/7 with a 6-hour break (7 AM-1 PM)
Benefits: Mom is open to providing a vehicle for professional use &relocation assistance for the right candidate. She is also offering private living quarters in her expansive home.
