The postpartum doula will join the household as soon as Mom is in labor, providing continuous support alongside the NCS. Each day, the doula will take over newborn care during the NCS’s six hour break to maintain consistency in feeding, soothing, diapering, & early sleep shaping.
The heart of this role is supporting Mom as she heals physically & emotionally. This includes protecting her rest, guiding her through postpartum recovery, offering grounding emotional support, assisting with personal care/travel preparations if needed, & handling light household tasks.

Children: Baby due July 2026
Compensation: $40-$50/hr, contract compensation up to $70k DOE
Schedule: 20-week assignment, 10-hour shifts, seven days/week, starting at 7 AM
Benefits: Mom is open to providing a vehicle for professional use & relocation assistance for the right PPD, and live in is optional with a private bedroom and bathroom.
