A warm, well-supported international family is looking for a highly flexible, go with the flow nanny to join them for a 16-week contract and take full charge of their 5-year-old’s day-to-day responsibilities while Mom is in the later stages of pregnancy. Mom will be home and present, but due to being 8 months pregnant, the caregiver will largely be responsible for managing the child’s routine.

Compensation: $40-$45+/hr DOE
Schedule: 16-week contract + possible extension. The first 4 weeks will be live-in, with 24/7 flexibility. After that, Monday-Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, for the remaining 12 weeks, with the opportunity for occasional overtime, if the nanny is interested.
Benefits: 3 days of paid sick time, paid major holidays, and use of a family vehicle for on-the-job travel. The candidate will have their own private suite with a bedroom and bathroom.
