We are looking for loving, calm yet engaged child care while we work from home in the afternoon (1-5/6pm). Our son is 1 so care right now would be ensuring his safety (he's walking), singing, playing, changing diapers, feeding lunch, walking outside, rocking/holding to sleep. Mom is available the entire shift to nurse on demand and support as needed. While mom is nursing or baby is napping, mother's helper requests are: kitchen clean-up, laundry, vacuuming, watering plants and any ad hoc requests. We are seeking support 4 days a week. We hope to build a sweet and comfortable connection with this person throughout our son's early years.
