I am currently working in a daycare with children between 1-4 years old. I have also had the opportunity to develop myself in different aspects and areas. I have had the opportunity to work as a teacher's assistant in summer workshops at Weberbauer School. In this organization, I was responsible for supporting perceptual and motor learning in pre-kindergarten children. I was involved in the preparation of exhibitions, dances and plays for the children, as well as in the elaboration of didactic and formative material. Also, I volunteered for some months in the organization TECHO PERU, a nonprofit organization responsible for bringing aid to the neediest people, within my work I was part of the team of volunteers in the schools of remote communities where we support children in their homework, teach them to write, to read and provide children's shows as recreation with games and dances. These experiences gave me enormous gratitude and today, being a professional with vast experience and comprehensive training. I am also certified in first aid and CPR, in case of any emergency, a course which helped me learn more about the care of children and adults.

Hello families! My name is Donaisha, but I go by Dee. I am originally born and raised in California, and have been a resident here in Washington for about 5 years now. I am a mother to a beautiful, sweet, smart, funny, outgoing and friendly 6 year old daughter (Kenya). I call her my assistant as she sometimes has to accompany me to jobs I pick up here. She is the reason I began my nanny journey back in 2017. During the past 6 years I have done pretty much every setting when it comes to childcare! Such as, day cares, baby sitting, date nights, overnight care, Montessori teacher, private home educator, learning pods, camp counselor, and tutoring. I have been babysitting ever since I was 12 years old. I wanted to give back for all the years that I had been taken care of. I took a specific course to become a babysitter and started to babysit my neighbors. I had heard about a course specifically for babysitting, so I took it. After that I was good to go to babysit the whole neighborhood. It worked out perfectly while I attended UC Davis. I graduated with two degrees in Dramatic Art and Design, and two minors in Chicano Studies and Education. I love to teach it and create new things. I am also a Spanish native speaker.
