I have two dogs. One of them (female, 4yr-old is or was very well-behaved; the other, who is only 12 months old, barks when I'm not home and bites the furniture.

The bigger one used to be very calm when we walked on the street, even if another dog barked at us. But now, because the younger one barks at other dogs, both of them bark and pull. The younger one has also run away from me, so it's impossible to walk him without a leash.

I need both of them to behave well so I can take them with me anywhere.
