Pick up/Vet Visit/Drop off

Greetings!! I need my puppy picked up and taken to The Vet in Oxford, CT. Appointment time is 1700 hours/5 pm and is simply a follow up and 2 vaccinations. My puppy is currently 9 weeks old and her name is Reddbone Amythyst. She is a 2 pound toy poodle and the love of my life. Please let me know uf if this is something you can do.
