Feeding and Bathroom Breaks

I need someone to feed my dog and let them out to use the bathroom twice daily during the week. We have her on a schedule of feeding at 12pm. She uses the bathroom normally at 12pm and again at 3pm daily. The dates would be as follows:
Friday 6/20
Monday 6/23
Tuesday 6/24
Thursday 6/26
Monday 6/30
Tuesday 7/1
