Need to take pet for vet appointments - pick and drop

Hi,
My dog- German Shepherd- 10 years old, needs to be taken from Edison, NJ to Redbanks, NJ on Dec 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each appointment is 1 hr. I will also go with the pet to take him out of the car and load him back in.
