We are a loving family seeking a reliable, patient, and experienced nanny to care for our two preschool-age children. Experience working with children with special needs and familiarity with in-home ABA support is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing attentive, nurturing care in a safe and structured environment
* Assisting with routines and activities that support developmental and behavioral goals
* Supporting and preparing for in-home ABA sessions
* Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children
* Light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and meal cleanup
* Engaging the children in age-appropriate play, learning, and daily routines

Ideal candidate:

* Has experience with preschool-age children and/or special needs
* Patient, compassionate, dependable, and organized
* Comfortable working alongside therapists and following structured routines
* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
* Strong communication skills and positive attitude
