Daily:
At house 4:15 sharp (boys arrive 4:15–4:20)
Healthy snack ready (apples + cinnamon)
Portal check + deep concept/writing review—push drafts, teach study skills
Firm, warm enforcement of chores
Cook simple GF/DF dinner (ingredients/meal packets provided)
Leave when true work is done

Goal: build independence so they outgrow the role within 2 years.
You: 5+ yrs lifting gifted/neurodiverse tweens to excellence, portal-savvy, warm + immovable, always early, strong refs. Once you’re the fit, we’ll run LiveScan/CPR/training through our Regional Center provider (AARC) and supplement pay accordingly.
