I’m writing on behalf of my parents who are seeking care for my older brother with Autism. He’s 42 years old with limited verbal communication and needs toilet care. He communicates mainly through 1-2 word utterances. He requires someone with great patience and kindness. My mother works part time as a nurse and my father works part time as a lawyer. They would ideally need someone 2-3 days a week from 9-3 and occasionally on the weekends. I am a special needs teacher and behavior analyst and I am in charge of filtering through applicants.
