Nanny for autistic 4 year old

I need a nanny watch my son in the morning to noon and drop him off at school. My son was daigonised with level 3 autism, non verbal doesnt eat solids and needs help eating purees and yogurt.
He loves watching animals on his tablet and running around his space and playing with his toys
