Reoccurring babysitting

Looking for a reliable, recurring mother’s helper a few days per week for my 7-year-old daughter. I work from home and will generally be present, so this is primarily an extra set of hands to keep her engaged and occupied while I work or get things done around the house.

She is autistic, fully potty trained, very verbal, and fairly independent with her basic needs. She does best with someone who is patient, energetic, playful, and comfortable providing lots of hands-on interaction and attention. She loves activities, movement, imaginative play, and having someone actively engage with her rather than simply supervise.

Experience with autistic or neurodivergent children is a plus, but the most important thing is someone dependable, warm, patient, and willing to learn her personality and routines.

If it’s a great fit and everyone becomes comfortable over time, I’d also love to eventually have the option for occasional weekend babysitting for a few hours. There would be no expectation to jump into that right away — I’d want to build up to it gradually.

I’m hoping to find someone who can become a consistent, trusted person in her life rather than an occasional sitter.
