My daughter is warm and gentle and does best with encouragement, consistency, and positive routines.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with daily routines and organization

• Encouraging independence and confidence

• Light meal prep and household support

• Driving to activities, appointments, and outings

• Supporting structured activities and community engagement

Requirements:

• Experience supporting adults with special needs (a plus, not required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Patient, calm, dependable, and encouraging
