We're seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregiver for our 22-year-old autistic son. He's fun, active, affectionate, and loves outings like the mall (especially for sugar cookies), petting zoos, trampoline parks, indoor rock climbing, swimming, bowling, walks at the park, and child-level amusement rides. He speaks mostly to get his needs met and needs gentle prompts to express his choices. The ideal person is patient, observant, and eager to understand his cues. This role is about building trust, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful daily experiences while transporting him to and from activities. The ideal candidate will also be proactive in assisting with cleanup and support before and after eating, dressing, and performing other general activities.
