We are seeking a caring, patient, and engaging part-time nanny to support and care for our 5-year-old son. Our child has ADHD and Level 1 Autism and thrives with structure, creativity, and positive encouragement. He has a big love for music, books, and imginary play, and we’re looking for someone who can nurture those interests while providing safe, supportive and understanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, compassionate care in a safe and structured environment
Support daily routines, including after-school transitions, meals/snacks, and bedtime prep (if applicable)
Engage in play-based learning and activities
Encourage social-emotional development using patience and positive reinforcement
Maintain open communication with parents

Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children, especially those with ADHD and/or autism spectrum differences
Patient, calm, and adaptable, with a nurturing approach
Strong communication skills and reliability
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
