Nanny- Afternoon to Evening

I am looking for a person to support my 11 year old twins (one with special needs) from 2:30pm to 7:30pm daily. My son with special needs (due to Prader-willis syndrome) needs someone to take him off the bus (or pick him up from school, as needed) and then get him ready for his therapist to come to the house to work with him. I am looking for someone to support my daughter when she gets home from school with homework and activities and supply dinner or the kids. Looking for someone who is energetic, loves to cook, loves tweens and has the ability to think outside the box to motivate the tweens to participate in activities.
