We are looking for a reliable and caring nanny to help with before- and after-school transportation, along with brief supervision, for our 6-year-old autistic son in Avon Lake. We are seeking someone with experience working with minimally verbal autistic children (or similar special needs experience), who is patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting routines. Requirements: - Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for school drop-off/pickup - Non-smoker - CPR/First Aid certified - Prior experience with special needs children preferred This position involves helping with morning drop-off, afternoon pickup, and short periods of care before/after school.
