Looking for someone experienced with infants, as well as young kids with autism. The 4 year old goes to ABA 5 days a week, from 8am-4:30pm. So would like someone that can spend time with him for a bit after school at times. I work from home, so looking for someone that can help with the baby more during the day. Duties would include feeding, nap times, diapering, and engaging in indoor and outdoor play, along with educational activities. The baby still trends to sleep a lot, so there will be downtime. A good fit would be a patient, kind, caring, and calm person that understands how to interact with special needs kids, including managing behaviors. Must be CPR and first aid certified, and have references.
