Looking for a caregiver to assist client with daily tasks including: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, ambulation, medication management, food preparation, and monitoring client during meals (to make sure client doesn't choke or eat too fast). Caregiver will also need to provide supervision, companionship, clean all areas client uses (laundry, list supplies client needs) shopping for client, driving client to medical appointments and community engagement activities.
Additionally, caregiver will assist client with logging in and participating in remote therapy sessions. Caregiver to work four days during the week and every Saturday and Sunday. Hours may vary. Caregiver will have to log in and out on an electronic system and provide a fiscal agency with daily documentation at the end of each shift. The hourly rate is $13.61. References will be required.
