We're a family of four in mid-city Los Angeles seeking part-time help for target 8-15 hours per week. Our kids are a bright, thoughtful 4.5 yo boy and a busy, newly 1-year-old girl starting to explore her world.

The needs vary week-to-week depending on our work/travel schedules, with schedules generally set 1-2 weeks in advance. Duties will include some evening and weekend childcare support (usually with one parent home) and some help with light housework (laundry, sweeping - not heavy cleaning), meal prep, and chores/grocery runs, some of which can be done on a flexible schedule.

We're looking for someone experienced with small children (ideally working with multiple kids), responsible and organized, but also up for playing and coloring.
