Hi - My mom has a Dr. appointment in Thursday, July 10th at 1:20 pm. The Dr. office is at 4445 West Irving Park Rd., 3rd Floor. My mom will be able to get to the office in a wheelchair van but will need assistance getting from the van to the appointment on the 3rd floor and getting back to a wheelchair van after the appointment. It should be about 2-3 hours overall onsite at the Northwestern complex on W Irving Park . After my mom is back in the wheelchair van she will be taken back to assisted living and they will take her to her room. No need for the caregiver to accompany her on the ride home. Thank you!
