We’re looking for a kind, proactive, and dependable person to provide in-home supervision and support for a wonderful young adult on the autism spectrum. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a calm, positive home environment and being part of a supportive family team.

Responsibilities include preparing simple meals and meal prep, light housekeeping, and helping keep the household running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, creative, and self-motivated—someone who enjoys finding ways to be helpful and supportive throughout the day.

You’ll be working in a warm, respectful family environment where your work is truly appreciated. Training is provided, and we’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the role.
