We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
Ensure kitchens are clean and hygienic by cleaning countertops, appliances, and sinks.
Change bed linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintenance Duties:

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to the supervisor.
Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Assist with seasonal tasks such as deep cleaning, organizing storage areas, and maintaining outdoor spaces.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in house cleaning and general maintenance.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
