We have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath 2-story townhome and are looking for someone to help us keep it tidy occassionally. Occasional cleans would include bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and folding laundry. Would not be required at each visit, but dusting/wiping the baseboard and window shutters will be needed periodically. We have two large, friendly dogs who are not allowed upstairs where there is carpet. The lower level is entirely LVP, and the upper is carpet, with tile in the bathrooms. One of the three bedrooms is used as an office. I do routine maintenance cleaning of the kitchen at the end of every night, so it stays in decent shape, but will occasionally need a deeper clean/wipedown of cabinets, etc. We would want you to also empty and refill the dishwasher while you are here and fold any laundry that is clean.
