We need a proactive, experienced House/Business Operations Manager - someone who loves putting systems in place! You'll manage the organized chaos of our home, personal life, and growing Etsy business. If you spot an inefficiency and fix it, we want you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Home Command Center: Run the house like a well-oiled machine. Consistent tasks (laundry/Marie Kondo folds, dishes) and smart management (tracking filter changes, setting robot vac schedule, managing pet supplies/appointments, organizing inventory, supply lists).

Etsy Sidekick: Support our business by organizing orders, weeding vinyl logos, careful packing, and tracking inventory.

Personal Project Manager: Tackle big tasks (closets, reselling clothes, organizing toys and garage, etc), run errands, and be a great thought partner.

We're Looking For: A proven self-starter with 3+ years in a similar role who lives to create order and predictability.
