Need a once a month cleaning that can be paid via credit card. Primarily just downstairs area which includes Master bed and bath (need to change sheets); 1/2 bath, laundry room and hallway, living room, kitchen and dining room. Sometimes we ask for stairs to be vacuumed, and it varies on the upstairs. Sometimes we want upstairs bathroom cleaned or 1 or no rooms (would include possible change of bed sheets). the downstairs is our main living space so it's always needed. Sometimes there are dishes in sink so would want you to put up any clean ones and put dirty in dishwasher. Would also like to know any extra costs for cleaning oven or fridge.
