Need occasional cleaning of 3-level house. Main level (~1300 sq ft) plus primary bedroom and bath are the primary focus. Vacuuming, mopping hard woods, mopping tile, dusting. In kitchen, cleaning countertops, stove, appliance fronts. Occasional focused cleaning of cabinet fronts, refrigerator interior, windows. Husband and wife plus one college student reside in the house. Plus, one 50 lb dog in the house who is energetic but friendly (she settles a few minutes after seeing visitors). Looking to start service on every other Friday. Will determine longer term schedule later on once good working relationship established (day of week and frequency).
