Long Term Nanny for Sweet (almost) 2 year old

We are looking for a long term nanny to for our 22 month old daughter. Looking for someone for guaranteed 25+ hours a week with flexibility on daily schedules. Most of our days start at 8 and end at 4, but we have some weeks where schedules will change. Ideally looking for someone who is occasionally available for nights and weekends as well.
Our daughter is extremely sweet and loves going on adventures to the library, zoo, parks, etc. and looking for someone to truly become part of our family
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
