A family in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated and experienced private educator to join their dynamic household and innovative academy, where they prioritize personalized learning and creativity! This dynamic position involves working within an academy setting to curate and implement curriculum while providing organizational and operational support and working closely with the family's two children (going into the 6th and 3rd grade), focusing on their education.
Primarily, you will engage with the family, but you will also contribute to the academy, designing programs tailored for the family's children as the primary students. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, high-quality education tailored to the unique needs and interests of their children. This role requires a flexible and adventurous individual who is willing to travel with the family both domestically and internationally.The academy takes great pride in maintaining a low child-to-instructor ratio, ensuring personalized attention tailored to each child's academic and social needs. Children are thoughtfully grouped with peers who share similar academic and social profiles, fostering an environment where instructors can devote individualized attention to every student. Hourly rate & annual salary: $34-$36hr/$70-$75k
Benefits:

Schedule:
 Full-time, 40 hours per week. The general sequel will fall on Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. The role has a year-round academic schedule with numerous weeks-long breaks throughout the year.
