About the Family: This growing family is preparing to welcome their fourth baby this April! Mom is a stay-at-home parent and will be home throughout the day, primarily focused on newborn care. The nanny’s main responsibility will be caring for the three older children, helping manage their routines, activities, and day-to-day needs.

They’re looking for an energetic, proactive nanny who’s comfortable working alongside a parent in the home and stepping in as a true second set of hands. Someone who takes initiative, stays engaged, and enjoys supporting an active household will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with full childcare
- Drive children to and from school/activities
- Homework help
- Child laundry
- Dinner prep
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Prepare for following day

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays if on working day

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience with siblings and redirected/defusing situations
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
