Play to split up the day while we're away

Hi,
We have 3 female labradors: 9.5 yrs, 5.5 years and 8 months.
Occasionally I need to be away from the house for the day, so I'd like someone to come and let them out (fenced yard), give them some snacks and play with them for about an hour.
