  • $22.00 per hour

We are a warm household looking for a kind, reliable, and patient part-time nanny to support us during after-school hours.

My wife works from home , and we are seeking extra help so she can focus on work without needing to step away frequently to tend to the kids. We would love to build a long-term relationship with someone who feels like part of our family and can fully trust.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, approximately 2-5PM
Occasional evening or weekend, with advance notice

Children
• 5-year-old boy with autism. His autism is not severe. He is a loving, sweet, and happy child. He is independent but may need help with snacks, diaper changes, and general supervision. He is currently non-verbal and communicates through some basic sign language. Sign language experience is NOT required.
• 11-year-old boy who is mostly independent. He does not need homework help, but gentle reminders after school are appreciated.

Responsibilities
• Meet our 5-year-old outside our home when the bus drops him off
• Pick up our 11-year-old from school around 3PM and bring him home (10-minute round trip)
• Supervise and spend time with both children while mom works from home
• Support our 5-year-old as needed
• Provide reminders for our 11-year-old regarding homework and hygiene
• Light child-related household upkeep only, such as picking up toys, washing the boys’ plates, and taking out trash from kids’ areas
No deep cleaning required.

Requirements
• Patient, calm, and nurturing
• CPR certified (required)
• Experience with children (autism spectrum is a plus)
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently while a parent is home

Mom will be home during weekday hours but may be on calls. This role is primarily to provide supervision and support so she can work without interruption.

If you are compassionate, organized, and interested in becoming a trusted part of our family’s routine, we would love to connect.
