Hello,

We are a family seeking a reliable, patient, and energetic caregiver for our 6 year old daughter who has severe autism. She is full of energy and loves outdoor activities like jumping on our trampoline (she prefers to have someone jump with her), swinging, and going on light walks in the community.

Because she can become dysregulated, hands on autism experience is an absolute must. An RBT license is a big plus. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and nurturing, but also able to set loving, firm boundaries when needed.

Ideally, this would grow into a role where the caregiver feels comfortable taking her into the community and to indoor playgrounds, which she really enjoys.

This is a meaningful but demanding role, and we want to be transparent that it requires patience, physical energy, and emotional steadiness.
